For children ages 6-12 (younger siblings will be considered – call for details)
2 sessions:
AM – Basic Beginner – 10:30 – 12:30
Learn ABC’s of Yoga – how the healing benefits of this ancient system can be translated and utilized in today’s ever changing world of information and technology.
You will practice basic poses, breath and concentration techniques that will serve as an anchor for a lifelong practice.
Arts and Crafts project – TBA.
Lunch 12:30–1:30 P.M.
P.M. – Level I /II 10:30 A.M.–12:30 P.M. ?
Sun Salutations, Warrior transitions and Arm balancing, and basic poses too
For those who want to advance to a deeper level or if you just want to check it out, this is a fun way to explore all the possibilities. Practice proven poses or make up your own, everyone is encouraged to recognize and work at their own pace.

Children should wear light comfortable clothing, mats and water are available at the studio. A light snack will be provided during each 2 hour session.
Space is limited and based on a first come first served basis please sign up by September 27,2011 to assure your space. Drop in registration is allowed.
